I have previously loved this office and the doctors. This past appointment was supposed to be a fast vaccine visit. When I made the appointment I was informed that my child would have to be seen by a doctor because they do not do vaccine only appointments (I have never been told that before and I always space out the vaccines). I made the appointment for the afternoon, pulled my child out of school early and then we waited for over an hour to see the doctor for 5 minutes. The provider was nice and did take the time to assess my child but I did not need her to. After her five minute visit we sat around for another 10 minutes for the MA to come back and give the shots. I just received my bill for the office visit that I was forced into and it is over $400. I am so sad to feel taken advantage of by this office that has previously been great.

I CANNOT believe what happened at our appointment! My 9 year old daughter hasn't been feeling good she had an upset stomach and body aches for days, the doctor would only say it might be Covid and not treat her for anything else. I asked her what if it isint covid can you give her something to fight off whatever shes going through. and the answer was no. She wanted to give my daughter a covid test. We had already done one at home but I agreed thinking hers might be more accurate. The swap stick was this really long stick. She stuck that stick ALL THE WAY up my daughters nose. She was screaming and I yelled at the doctor "What are you doing!!" and then she proceeded to leave the stick up my daughter's nose. I was in shock and so mad. We stormed out of there and we will NEVER go back to that place. When covid first started they thought you are to stick it up the nose but everyone realized that it was causing injury and injury to the brain so they stopped doing it that way. I know for a fact thats not how you swap for covid. I cant even believe this doctor thought it was okay to do something so horrendous to a little girl. she's absolutely terrified of the doctor now and getting covid tests. These doctors have no idea what they are doing! I dont know if she gets off by hurting children but she seriously has issues. I would not trust these people with your child/children!!!

Dr. Kwatra has always been great. In office visits have always been done well. The downfall lies in the curt and rude answering service. Check-ins over the phone are also a huge hassle for the drive up appointments. Do not ever hang up to try and call back. It makes you feel VERY ignored and forgotten. Its highly irritating listening to a jazzed upbeat song while your child is ill. It doesnt seem to make a difference if you make an appointment.

Dr. Newby is Wonderful!!! She is knowledgeable, personable & straight forward. She is always so sweet and patient with my daughter. I always hear back from her if I have to call in for any reason and she always allows time for all my questions. She genuinely cares and I am very confident that my daughter is under the best care.
