Drove 30 minutes to be told my appt was canceled and the doctor was no longer with the practice. This is the second appointment I have had since Pinnacle took over Spectrum Dermatology. Both appointments were either rescheduled or canceled without my notification. The practice is extremely unorganized now and all the doctors are leaving Pinnacle. I'm going to find another practice. It is very unfortunate, because Spectrum Dermatology was top notch.

I would recommend Dr Darren West any day. He is very attentive to what your needs are and stays until he has answered all of your questions. With any procedure that is needed, he is always asking if everything is ok and that there is no pain. He is absolutely the best Dermatoligist. Thank you Dr West for your continued excellent service.
