Pretty awful, very minimal and cryptic public drop off dates and they push home collection which doesn’t work if you live in a condo. Luckily have a friend who is a mechanic and can take hazmat items that auto parts stores won’t (e.g. brake fluid and spent coolant). Can imagine a lot of fluids get dumped illegally because there is no relatively easy way to recycle them. In comparison where I used to live you could pull up to the hazmat disposal facility during normal business hours and they’d take your waste fluids 6 days a week.

People should read the complete info for the event. Excellent and quick service at the location. Recommend to do it twice a year

Horrible communication/coustmer service. According the the voice mail message it states you ca drop off house hold items. This is not true apparently there is only a once a year drop off, and the info on the VM is from 2018. Our tax $ hard at work paying rude city employees that tell you it’s ok to just throw hazardous materials in you trash. What does this department do again? Apparently not help Scottsdale residents. You try and do the right thing and you get treated rudely by your public servants. Shame on you Scottsdale for not assisting your residents that pay for you service in doing the right thing. I guess in the trash it goes nothing like dumping toxic materials into our landfills. Thank you again Scottsdale for being so unhelpful.

Recorded information on pick-up and drop off dates hasn't been updated in at least five months. No option to speak with a human.

They do not. On the website it's recommended to use a container from your Dr or pharmacy. Otherwise, seal in a puncture proof container, put in trash bag, and dispose in black trash can.
If the paint has dried, just throw into your black can for the weekly pickup. For wet paint, there is a sign up for home pickup on the website. Best to go on early in the month because registration spots fill quickly.
Doesn't show this listed for pickup. Check a gas station that sells propane.
If paint is completely dried up, you can dispose of in regular trash bin!
