This place is amazing. I am so thankful a place like this exists. Because of this place I truly believe I’m alive. I suffer from Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety, and Addiction. I moved to South Carolina and had no insurance. I didn’t know the requirements were different for Medicaid. So I no longer qualified. I was just getting sober again. I couldn’t afford insurance. Well I was referred here from Crossroads Treatment Center (another amazing blessing of a place). The doctor prayed with me. He put me back on my medication that he could. And because of that I quit having manic episodes/they weren’t as bad. During those times is when I usually would go off the deep end and do drugs. Well being back on my medication put me back in the right headspace. I didn’t need to drugs anymore. I was able to actually start getting my life together. I now have great insurance, I’m married, I have a great job, and I’m almost 2 years sober. I couldn’t have done it without this place. 100% recommend. If you don’t have insurance go here. They will do what they can and they will fill your prescriptions there. (No controlled substances at all) and prescribe them. Please don’t take advantage of this place. They are doing amazing things for people & taking advantage of there kindness will ruin it for everyone. I also believe they help people with diabetes but I might be wrong about that part. Treat them with respect, this is a free service they don’t have to do. Be kind. And thank you Harvest Free Medical Center for helping me when nobody else would.

This place has been a Godsend to my family! Without them I don't know how we would've gotten through the diagnosis and treatment for Bipolar. Thank God for places like this! Dr. Freeman, his staff and the pharmacist who fill the prescriptions are all very kind and genuine! Just want them and the world to know how very much they are appreciated!!

I have not personally gone to Harvest Free Medical, yet we know Dr. Bob Freeman, and his desire to help as many people as he can there at his wonderful medical clinic. He has a passion for souls, and he is a fine and humble man.

At Harverst, you must leave a message. They call back if they will help. Sounds like your friend would be helped. It's free to be seen & they have their own pharmacy on site where the meds are free too

My husband is on disability and has medicare. We are trying to add dental. He needs extensive dental work and implants. Rotten, broken, painful teeth. He needs a dentist willing to do probono work. We are on a fixed income and pay anything.

Harvest free medical clinic doesn't offer that kind of thing. However MUSC has a dental clinic and it's very inexpensive and the fact that you have Medicare that will be perfect so call MUSC and get their information.
