place is clean however they keep raising the rent year after year and I have been here over 10 years and I do not use any of the extras like the pool or the basketball court or the playground and I do not understand why I am needing to pay for those things. and they cherry pick the park rules. I have asked repeat about cars parking on the grass which is a no in the park rules and we are not having quiet enjoyment of my home. slugs come in and out on the weekend and the management does nothing.

I don't believe so. I just know someone who owns a mobile home permanently there. KOA on Hwy. 78 in North Charleston, SC sounds like what you're looking for.

All trailers are owned buy owners, so it depends on how much an ower wants. It's not one of those trailer parks where all trailers belong to one landlord.
