I saw Dr. Peter Mitchell today regarding the arthritis in my feet. He was warm and caring yet very professional and clearly explained (and showed me on my X-rays) the cause of my problems and discussed with me various ways to manage my condition. I will definitely return to Dr. Mitchell for care. He is an excellent foot and ankle specialist and I highly recommend him.

Questions & Answers

Does he take Medicare? I have Mortons neuroma and plantar fasciitis. It's getting old dealing with it.☹

I would call the office and find out. He is totally worth it. You probably need custom orthotics for your shoes. Happy to say he did not send us to Hanger but instead sent us to Mark Werner at Arise Prosthetics. We are waiting for the insoles and will update post fitting

Has anyone had Dr. Mitchell perform the surgery for Haglund's Deformity and a bone spur on you heel?

How often does Dr Mitchell do ankle replacements and how many of them has he done? Has anyone out there had an ankle replacement done by him? How did it go?

I had an ankle replacement one by Dr Mitchel 5 months ago. I am very happy with the results. I am playing golf already and increasing my walking each week. I think it will take a year to be fully recovered. I still have ways to go. But it is way better than before. I trusted him going in and I am happy with the job he did.
