I visited the Advocate Medical Group on August 17th of this year. It is one of the most unprofessional clinics that I have ever been to. They do not even know how to measure a person's height. According to them I'm 5'9" and have a BMI of 27.04. I'm actually 6'1" and weigh 184 Lbs., I lost 10 Lbs. I also needed bloodwork done and went in the following week, while I was waiting in the waiting area a young Spanish woman that works there starts telling the rest of the staff members that I look like a security guard. I thought WTH, these people are all crazy. That was very unprofessional, most people say I look like Alex Rodriguez, the guy on Magnum, or my maternal grandfather, Col. Luis Cubas and he was one of the most handsome men in the world. My maternal great-granduncle was El Chino from Watergate, Gen. Renee Cubas Chaple. He came over to visit in July of 1993. Some people in Rogers Park remember seeing him here in the early 1990s. Most people don't know that he was also the third most powerful vessel in history and predicted me at birth, now I'm number one. I got a very strange and creepy feeling about that place, perhaps it's the people that work there. My advice, unless you happen to be a gay asian or an alternative the Advocate Medical Group will not be the right clinic for you either. I would prefer to go elsewhere closer to my location.

Had my first appointment today. It went well. Dr Linda was very nice and professional, staff was friendly. The only thing I'm not crazy about is you can't just call and talk to them(I needed to reschedule blood draw app.) You call number, and it goes to a Central office where you leave message and then they call Dr, and Dr calls you back. Ugh! I'd rather get Dr's office direct ( there were 2 ladies at desk), and make app. or talk to them , whatever you need. If they're busy, they can call you back.EASY PEASY!

The receptionist is ignorant about covid she start put on face shield and mask when my kid cough with a mask on while other patients walking around without a mask

👎🏿 Very very bad customer service, never follow up. One of the receptionist name Hilary speak like never training to work and they doesn’t know how to use email just getting for insurance card. 👎🏿
