REVISED REVIEW* Overall experience was subpar. The salesmen that helped out me out was named Angel, he fits the script of a salesman, seemed to plastic, not really real, kept trying to butter me up instead of get to the point really fast. It was like he was reading from a script whenever he presented a car, “we want your business and value you as a customer, etc”. You can read his emotions on his face whenever he was distraught, and he made snarky comments. I asked several times to speak to a supervisor, however I was told repeatedly, “I’m the first and last guy you’re going to speak with, there’s only one guy”. They never asked me qualifying questions or personal preferences. He didn’t attempt to get to know me as a person. I ended up originally writing a review to garner attention, and boy did it work, within a day, the “mysterious” sales manager asked me to reach out to him and I did. He was alright. I already forgot his name, that’s how forgettable he was. I do remember the new rep that they switched me to, his name was Raul, he seemed very down to earth, asked me questions about myself and it’s unfortunate he did not get the commission as the credit went to angel, who is not the best salesman there. Even grabbing a cup of coffee, there was an associate by the name of JJ who initiated conversation and got to know me more than the 3 hours I spent with Angel. I ended up walking out with the car, I wanted but I do wish I was smarter on choosing the salesman to do business with. As I am getting ready to leave with my beautiful car, Angel comes up to me and congratulates me, I made one last attempt to say “I hope there’s no hard feelings, I am just trying to give you constructive criticism”. He seemed like he didn’t learn anything from this experience, and that’s unfortunate. I highly recommend Raul or JJ, anyone but Angel.

Mr Atanas petrov was a ease to work with! Second time at this dealership and I must say! They make u feel special, just by remembering who you are speaks volume. Came In To re program my Mercedes me connect, Mr atanas was ver quick, efficient and knowledgeable….. Thnaks

This is the most unethical dealership. I dealt with two salesmen in this dealership 1st Mat Cordero, who kept pushing everything but what I want. Came back a week later after I saw they had the AMG 53 in stock. This time I dealt with another sales person Mikal who was ready to sell the car to me at $30,000.00 above the sticker price so called market marl up and was ready to bring this mark up down to $15,000.00! Shamefully unethical! I wish more people can walk away for this dealer!
