They Sold me a junker klunker, a freaking lemon 2017 Audi A6 2.0. $35,000 with an extended warranty and the warranty doesn’t cover anything!!! I will pay an additional $9,000 just to get rid of it now. “It’s the best warranty” Jim said!! “It was just inspected” Jim said.. The Check engine light came on after 11 days/ 180 miles of driving and I didn’t even make one payment before Audi in Morton Grove was telling me my warranty won’t cover this because… the light keeps coming on every 14 days and Audi can’t figure it out and my 500$ payment is turning into $1550 per month with, diagnostics. Plus the new repair of $4870!!! Don’t go here! Go to a real dealer. Mostly broken cars at a fancy location. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Shame on me and I’m definitely paying for it! You also gave me 2 dead key fobs…

$143 to change a tire that was being replaced under warranty, which as after the paying $800 do have one tire replaced six months ago. After owning BMW's off and on for the last 20 years, this will be my last. The nickel & diming across the three dealerships I have encountered in the last year is horrendous. People pay more for luxury goods largely for the service that comes along with them, and BMW's has gone out the window.
