I contacted Caroline based on an eviction and outstanding fines from an association. As soon as she heard that the person moved out due complications from disability she dismissed the case as if she did any work. Caroline has done nothing for my case and was paid thousands up front just to lie and say we dismissed the case mutually, which was false. Please look into pro bono or someone who truly cares before considering someone that will just take your money from you .

Now that my case is closed and I'm not affiliated with this firm, I will tell my honest opinion. This firm is BIG MESS! Caroline presents herself well, but she is almost never at the office. Two paralegals (Rob and Stephen) quitted their job during my case. For 7 months, they were unable to serve my tenant to court. First try, cook county sheriff attempted-failed. Request alias to summon with special server (Randy) failed due to a motorcycle accident. Request another special server Berkinsters Investigation, paid for 2 attempts, he attempted one time failed. You would think special server is not the answer and should use Post It for final attempt. No, went to court request for special server Randy again. FAILED. Ok enough is enough, we went a big circle for 7 months. Why did the lawyer representing me kept requesting alias to summon with a special server when I did it 3 times already. No! They requested another special server for the 4th time. I called and got a hold of Caroline and talked to her about my situation, she was surprised herself on why we went with special server so many time and still going for the 4th time. She then agreed to change it and go with Post It. During this time, my neighbor called and said the tenant moved out. I was able to retrieve my property back because they finally moved on their own. The firm did NOT helped at all besides wasting my money going in circle repeating the same approaches when they could had advance and use the final approach. I wish I could say good things about this firm, but I have absolutely nothing, not even 1 good thing to say about this firm. I lost 7-8 months of rent, lawyer fees, court fees, etc. I would had better off giving the money to the tenant to move out instead.
