Do not hire this lawyer. First of all he charges $100 for consults for 5-10 mins. He does not know the up to date laws and policies of immigration. Please do yourself a favor and hire a real lawyer, pay the extra money it is worth it. This guy does not know what he is saying or doing. Completely rude receptionist and also my family and I were panicking of the things he was saying that were going to happen. But after we consulted real lawyers the things he was saying weren’t even laws yet. This guy needs to go back to law school and get his knowledge up to date or be an attorney for maybe criminal defense and not immigration. On the other hand that might not go well either.

Mazher Ji. Thank you for your quick and prompt response while my personal visit today at your office. I really appreciate and hoping to see you soon for my L1 application.

Thanks for your question/comment. Prior to being retained for any Sevice we require a proper paid consultation to review your case. Simply you wanting to have something filed doesn’t mean much to me, not knowing the background of your case. I would In fact be doing you a disservice if I/or my office agreed to be retained for an immigration filing which we have not fully reviewed or evaluated. Your name does not ring a bell to me, and I’m not sure of who you referred, or what you mean by not respecting the referral. For the past 22 years we have been serving the immigrant community with diligence. Our business is primarily from referrals. So I do respect referrals. But please don’t expect me to take on a case I have not reviewed. If interested in a filing, first schedule a proper paid consultation to discuss it.
Greetings Jack. I’m not sure what you are asking, or what you need. Prior to filing any kind of an immigration case. I would ask that you schedule a proper consultation so we can review and evaluate your case and see what exactly it is that you require. It isn't really a matter of whether a case is $500 or whether it’s $5000. Without reviewing it with you first we wouldn’t even know if you have any case at all. You are absolutely free to call the office and schedule a proper paid consultation.
