Employee speaks zero engllish and there set up is totally inconvenience. Their soda machine ripped me off aswell no sign for out of order and no contact info anywhere the entire place has no info on speaking to anyone. I wont be back and doing three senior citizens laundry weekely they missed out on alot of money and word of mouth i will give a bad review. Very upset.

i usually love this place but my experience depends on whos working when i go wash, there's a short woman who is super sweet and always available, the taller woman isn't very nice and will bump right into you without saying excuse me. half of the washers and dryers were closed off for the tide university cleaning services. very annoying when the half that are left to the paying customers don't even work. washers were done and clothes was just sitting in the machine. People were scrambling and being harassed for dryers, including myself. What usually takes me 1.5 hours turned into a 3 hour visit here, so naturally i needed to use the ladies room before leaving and of course there was no toilet paper.
