This place is dumb. I came by and asked for bundle service and they told me they open from 6am to 6pm for bundle service drop off. Few days later I brought my laundry over. The staff left and it wasn't even 6pm yet. It was 5:35pm! And of course there's not a phone number to call. Edited: decided to give this place one more chance. So I was gonna drop off my laundry for bundle service. Last time (a month ago) I was told that laundry could be dropped off when they open at 6am. Today I went there to drop off around 730am (before I went to work). Now they changed their bundle service drop off hours, as early as 9am! (9am to 10pm) Wow!!! They changed their drop off time. I'm done. I won't give this place any more chances. I use bundle service at different places in the past 10 years and I have never seen them accept laundry drop off time for bundle service this late. Matter of fact, everywhere I went they always open at 6am and accept drop off at the same time.

I won’t be returning here. The Mexican employee was rude and and completely out of line for no reason. I put 4.75 in the machine and it didn’t start. It wanted me to put another 4.75 into the machine. You can run the camera back and clear see me get 20$ worth of coins and and put my money in the machine. Honestly the issue, was not that big of a deal but for her to accuse me of “constantly stealing” just to refuse me a refund is crazy. Then she directs me to a number that does not work. The machines are old as hell, many machines are out of service currently. So for her to act as if the machine wouldn’t do that is even crazier. I have never asked or spoken to this lady about anything regarding a broken machine before today. She claims she “remembered” me but that is not true, i guess all black people look the same to her. I haven't been here since the beginning of June and i didn’t have any issues. I don't even want or need a refund anymore. To be called a thief over 4.75. I just will simply not return here. Go somewhere else.

Dirty with mildew clearly in the washer doors and glass. Dryers don’t dry so count on reloading that 2-3x. Then today June 11th 1:20pm this attitude having attendant want to be rude because I let her know the washer wouldn’t accept my last .50 and returned the money. I put it in again and it just took my money. She put her .50 in and cleared it but tried to charge me up like I’m lying about .50! Ma’am its couch pillow cases and a blanket for the frontroom! .50 aint that deep but I’m not about to keep trying a machine that just took my change. I told her I don’t need to lie about it she can go run the dang cameras. Politely told her I got more money in my pocket I’m not just about to give it away surely!

Walked in this morning an each time I enter I'm always greeted with new smells, today's sent of the day is mildew! there's dryer sheets all over the floor and pieces of trash 26 out of 42 washers are not working. ONLY 26 WASHERS ARE WORKING soo be looking to pay 3.50+ because there are (ONLY 4) Speed Queen 2.25 washers Now after this wash I'll be going someplace else 💪🏽
