This place has been without A/C for the past 2 months, I have been coming here for years. 2 months is too much for a business to be with out a/c, especially if we bring our kids with us. Service is perfect, please fix the a/c asap. It's 100 degrees outside, much likely in the inside as well.

The African American lady that works there during the weekend very nice ,polite ,ready to listen and help you for anything you need help with.the area is rough but they always locked their door for security purposes.

It seems like a new place but it's got an old problem--- there was a man sitting in front of it, inebriated and sleeping on a brick wall. He woke up only to start back drinking. Those kinds of things make me feel uncomfortably anxious. They need to have security or a stronger police presence for the customers. The laundry room was clean and nice but I won't be back if they don't get the outside to match inside.
