Absolutely amazing staff!!! My car ran out of battery right next to their apartment complex and they were so kind and helpful the entire time, letting me stay and try to get things sorted out and helping me as much as they could! If they treat strangers this well I’m sure they run an amazing apartment complex!

The Gates of Allen Station is by far the best apartment complex my wife and I have ever lived at. The staff is friendly and helpful. All of our maintenance calls are taken care of quickly and hassle-free. Also, we love our apartment and the view it comes with. We have been happy residents for 5 years now. 👍 👍

Moving into a one bedroom in Jan 2022!!!!!. Ricky is the guy i spoke to and i can not wait to move in. The location is wonderful right by the stores and in a great neighborhood! Will come back and do a update review once we move in!

I'm sorry, it sounds like you are having a neighbor problem but we can't help you with it if we don't know who you are. Have you tried to introducing yourself to your neighbor since you are new here? Starting a friendly relationship with your neighbors when you are new to a community can often help bridge the awkwardness when a problem arises. Our door is always open if you'd like to come to the office to discuss your concerns.

They have the option of carpet or floor. floor will be only in the room. carpet in the rooms.
