Lack of communication!

I see a lot of reviews from people that only toured the apartments so I want to give a real review. The Montgomery overall is definitely not worth the money as they are now. I moved into my apartment mid august and it was a nightmare. The leasing process was incredibly difficult due to a lack of communication and them not answering the phone. Actual move in was terrible because the elevator was not working and I live on the 5th floor. The elevator was not ready and they were originally going to push back everyone’s move in and provide us a credit but instead rushed it to get people moved in. They eventually offered to help move my stuff which still didn’t solve the problem that they moved people in before it was ready. The fire alarm goes off constantly and last for hours sometimes and I work from home so that’s great. The hallways stink thanks to valet trash not coming sometimes and people just leaving the trash until they come. The parking garage is a joke and at this point dangerous. It’s extremely narrow with no mirrors to help see around corners and cars parked right on the corners making it impossible to see when making turns through there. The gate had so many issues that people couldn’t even get to work because it wouldn’t open sometimes. There’s nonstop construction and the construction workers are always in the way. The pool wasn’t ready before the end of summer and the gym took so long to be ready that we started using it before it was allowed because we pay for these amenities and if you won’t take it off our rent until it’s ready then we have the right to use it. The actual complex is nothing special and the views are pretty bad. The actual apartments are amazing and the office staff is polite and helpful now but again this place is definitely not worth the price and should not have been opened for another half a year at least. If you’re planning on moving here I would recommend waiting until the finish building everything.

Came all the way up to this location an hour before their closing. They don't tour past 4pm? On a Saturday? Ridiculous honestly and super ineffective considering most of us work during the week. Was really disappointed

Thank you for the response, but that is for the optics of reviews and not actual. I have not received a call and I left a voicemail on September 6th that was never returned. I also called multiple times a day last week with no answer. I understand the business of opening a new building but wow.
