Extra large store with wide roomy aisles. Not just two sides of self-checkout stations but "belted" self-checkout lanes, too. Well staffed and well stocked.

This place is typically known as "the best and biggest Kroger in Allen", but let's be real they are really known that they have the best Starbucks/Kroger employees. You will get better baristas here than you do at a stand alone store. They do need to hire Coral and Emily some help. Hats off to those two ladies as they are amazing. This is why I give it 4 out of 5. Hire some more staff in the Starbucks area and it would be 5 outta 5.

Prices are UP, service is DOWN. It's a SCAVENGER HUNT to shop here as items are relocated weekly and you have to waste time hunting for them. 1 1/2 hour trip turns into 3 1/2 hour trip. At checkout you now have to unload items yourself and sack them as sackers are non-existent and cashiers are precluded from taking items from cart to scan them. I'm a CUSTOMER not an employee and Kroger is neither paying me a salary nor offering me a discount to do their job for them. What's next? CUSTOMERS UNLOADING TRUCKS AND STOCKING SHELVES THEMSELVES???????????? If employees don't like the job and don't want to work the answer is obvious and that answer isn't make the customer do it.

This use to be my favorite store to shop at. I do not live in the area but made the drive weekly. But there is a new manager Camilla, who is the worst. The whole feeling in the store has gone downhill since she took over a couple weeks ago. She is very rude to the employees and customers. Will be switching to HEB this week.
