They deserve less then 1 star. Pipes burst upstairs a couple months ago. No biggie, only a small area was damaged and they quickly “fixed it”. Pipes busted again this last week and my apartment flooded. They didn’t respond to my neighbors calling it in while I was at work. They didn’t come until noon the next day after I was in the office at 9 am asking them to fix it. I worked all night and morning to move my items out of my bedroom. The new manager Diana did not get us a hotel room even though all the floors were wet the first 2-3 nights. The 3rd day the were “fixing” the pipes we had more flooding! I have items that are from high school that cannot be replaced. I wrote a termination letter in to the office stating that I was moving out completely within the week. Diana the office manager I spoke to regarding my termination said I had no grounds and everything was fixable. There is mold, black mold growing in areas already and the walls and ceilings are falling apart. I have two months left on my lease. I won’t be staying another day there.

I been leaving here with my family for almost a year honestly thought was okay till I started to asked them to come fix stuff takes for ever for them to come an they don’t answer the phone honestly .small miner stuff don’t really care but the ac been out since June where in august still haven’t came to fix the ac I have ac unit that I had to get for the rooms outta my pocket an they can care less never answer nothing think twice about staying here…I have a 1yearold I had to do something since they didn’t honestly rediculis I’m tired of them being so Damm ignorant..our bread or fruit goes bad because it hot .around 5gets to about 90degrees in our kitchen feels worse when we cook .honestly horrible we pay a lot to be in good condition.so dissapointed

They are lousy in maintaining 6 months ago we are asking them to repair the bathroom some cabinets and they never do anything and tried with mail and went to the office and they do not solve anything very bad management I do not recommend it

If I was where you id look somewhere else honestly this place changes owners like you change your socks, and with that changes the rules for the complex. Some of the residents got lucky and their cars got towed cuz they didn't had a "permit" sticker i know someone that lost their car cuz they didn't had the money to get it out of the impound and other people had to pay close to $800 just to get their car back.
We are currently not participating in the program.

For one bedroom, its about 1004- 1100 a month. Thats how much we pay
Yes, if it was 3 years old however there might be an additional deposit or risk fee.
