I just heard on the radio that there was a lady that lives there and her AC was out she's elderly and has a dog and y'all were going to take 4 days to get over there and fix it. Shame on y'all!

Beware!! management does not care about their tenants! AC units are out and it’s over 95 in units with elderly who have medical problems and they’re making them wait over 5 days to get a tech out!! This is absolutely ridiculous!

If want to be treated indifferent just because you are paying at affordable housing range, ignored request to fix problems in your unit, dismissive attitude then this place is for you!! If you are not vocal and just need a place to stay then this is for you!

Questions & Answers

Why is it that the chaparral townhomes office management never give the Coperate office phone number to their own tenants,? And when you insist to get the number they usually call the police to walk you out of their office.

Our on site staff always takes the concerns of residents with utmost sincerity. We also always provide the corporate number when asked.

Why is everyone asking for the corporate number? I have had experiences with leasing offices not being truthful about what issues are prevalent in their communities. What could be so important taht requires corporate involvement?
