Last minute rush to get my DOT physical done called I had spoke to Cynthia she said hurry up and get in there we'll get it done today. Walked in not super busy she helped me with my electronic application I was in and out a little under 90 minutes. Lucky day not too busy at the time. Had to return the next day to turn in some paperwork they were very very busy Cynthia noticed me waiting in line pulled me to the front expedited my paperwork in a matter of minutes and I was off to DMV done thank you Cynthia for all your help you are awesome. And the rest of the staff was great also.

I was sent here by my employer for my updated physical. I Arrived around 930am and wasn’t seen until 3pm. I kept having to go up and ask if they called or had forgot about me. There was people who came after me that were done before me. The front desk was very nice. I feel like the work flow or the way they run thing are not efficient. Waiting over 5 hours is pretty ridiculous.
