So, I gave Carl's Jr. a 2nd chance on this chicken sandwich thinking they gave me the wrong chicken patty last time. What they advertise is DEFINITELY not what you'll get. The "hand breaded" chicken patty looks like a patty from a frozen bag at the grocery store. It's definitely not hand breaded and both times looked and tasted like the patty been re-fried. How Carl's charges $6.59 for this is beyond me. They should be ashamed!

The food was good. The lady who took our order was kind and had great customer service skills. The guy who gave me food was also nice. I only had the fries and they were super good. My daughters enjoyed their kids meals and toys.

This place has gotten worse over the months. The manager seems to have no idea what she's doing. She's the one who packed our food and got it completely wrong. Didn't seem to care that all soda dispensers were out of syrup. They burnt our zucchini, forgot the sauce on all our burgers/sandwiches and the amount of lettuce on the chicken sandwiches was a joke. Cmon guys you can do better
