Employee named Rosita was such a charm. 2am coming home from a 12 hour shift and driving over 100miles and ran over some road paint in my Tesla. Decided to get something to eat and was blessed with such a thoughtful and top tier customer service oriented employee. Not only was she a pleasant to talk to she even gave me some some change to use the self use car wash down the street to get the paint off my car. Thank you Rosita, from having frustrating day to now having a much better night and drive home.
