The pool is almost always closed I have been here for a year and we have only been able to go once because they always close it and now even the soccer field has been closed 0 stars for that part

Hello, my name is Cielo and I have lived in these apartments for 4 years and I would like to comment on something I saw at the 4th of July party at the pool area. My mom took us, Ami and my brothers, to the event. They gave us pizza and sodas, very tasty. but after that the manager Ana said that nothing was free that they would go to the apartment link and give it 5 stars and speak well of it that sounded bad to my parents and they got upset and we had to go back to the apartment I think it was something very unpleasant for all those who were there because the iso open the page person by person and personally put something good for her I did this because I have listened to the neighbors who say something about that because the manager will be more badass 😓

We have been living here for almost 5 years and we’ve had issues with the AC almost every summer. Our AC hasn’t been cooling for days and the maintenance guy just says it’s because it’s hot out. My kid is literally sleeping in his diapers sweating. Our Apt feels like it’s 90 degrees in here. It’s ridiculous.

All the reviews are fake the manager ask the tenant to put good reviews just to get rent lower/but they don’t do it the rent also went up and they will threaten a Hispanic looking tenant if they miss 1 month by saying they will call ice on you very racist property manager
