I moved to Spring Pointe apartments in June of 2020. It is located near some pretty cool areas. There are plenty of places to walk, run or bike ride,..or just go walk your dog. The quality of the property was initially fair to moderate. The management has changed several times over the course of the last couple of years. But just very recently there is New Ownership. This has been a breath of Fresh Air !!!! The new owners have hired a First Class Management team that take their role very seriously and they take very good care of the tenants. The Maintenance Team is also First Class. Since renewing my contract they have been very attentive to making sure my apartment was kept up. Our second swimming pool is now up and running. So 2 pools are now available. I highly recommend Spring Pointe

I went shopping for an apartment yesterday, when I walk in, to the office the manager Anna and the Asistant Kristy made me felt really welcoming ! So definitely I will be leasing here, I really appreciate the time they spend with explaining all the accurate information , they were really professional and friendly at the same time ! I recommend this place 💯!! I drive around the property very clean and is near everything that I was looking for !!

I waited to complete my final review until after I moved out. Despite some issues that arose due to the age of the complex and other freak accidents my overall experience living here was a positive one. The office ladies did their absolute best to resolve issues as they came and despite several changes in staff, the maintenance team handled my problems for the most part. It was a quiet, safe place to call home and I am grateful for the time my family and I spent here.

I can only say good things about these apartments. When I moved in everything was clean and I had no problems. Definitely a great area and very quiet day and night. I love it here 💕
