I have been a resident in this community since 2019. I love this place. I am greatly grateful with the staff for their efforts in my renewal. I am so happy to keep living in this place that I call home and really feels like home. It is a very peaceful and secure place to live. I only have positive things to say about Creekside and their staff and am happy to stay. Thanks for everything!

The area of this apartment is really cozy, and is safe enough that I feel comfortable to walk around alone late at night whenever I can't sleep. All of the workers have been extremely nice and are always down to have a conversation, they feel like people in the community rather than a worker just there to do their job. This doesn't mean that they aren't doing their jobs as well, as they have helped me with every issue I've had very promptly, with one of my work orders getting completed within an hour of it getting submitted. The maintenance guys also noticed stuff that needed fixing that I hadn't, and offered to take care of that too while they were in the apartment. While I could see how the city noises could annoy some people, it is much better soundproofed here compared to areas I have lived in the past. I absolutely love living here.

If you do not want to continue to read this detailed review then I will summarize everything in one sentence. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT. 1. I am a certain age and lived at a lot apartments in my lifetime. Different states! These apartment are the worst. I would only suggest these apartments to an enemy. O where do I start? Let discuss the nonchalant and rude leasing agents. It must be a joy to come to work daily and not do a darn thing but get paid for it. They are not nice or helpful. A lease is a lease in TX. They want your money and could care less about your experience. 2. In apartment years, the complex is not even old but everything is broken. Dishwasher. Fridge. Horrible toilet. Right now my AC is not working. Yep! It’s still very hot in TX, and I have a broken AC with no urgency to repair it. It has been days without any cool air. Very deadly. No time to repair it. They don’t care! 3. The fitness room is small and was not open due to repairs for months and months. 4. The staff changes daily. Maintenance is not timely. It has been days without AC. This apartment is very expensive and raggedy!!!!!!!!! Everything is not urgent to them even if you die from excessive heat from a broken AC. They said no timeframe to fix it. YES SERIOUSLY. 5. It is very dark at night and last year, it took literally months for them to fix an outside light. Lights are needed for safety purposes. The maintenance man said he did not feel like getting on the ladder to fix it. He literally said this to me! I said well it is your JOB! 6. The noise from the train. While it is not horrible to me, it can be unpleasant for some people so I will mention it. 7. Trash pickup is horrible. You will pay over $30 for trash pick up when it’s rarely picked up. I made numerous complaints and it was ignored. I had a similar issue at the previous apartment. I made one complaint and my trash was never missed again. I can’t say the same for these apartments. They just don’t care. It is at the point where if they don’t pick it up, I just take it to the dumpster myself. No need to complain when they don’t answer the phones or emails at all or if they do, it will take some time. 8. Hidden charges. Attempted to charge for a leak that was not my fault. If you decide to ignore reviews ( I am not the only negative review) and must live here, look at your monthly bill in detail. 9. Car garage is very narrow. Very small. 10. You have to be your own pest control even though you pay for it. Pest problem. 11. So many unwanted solicitors daily due to no gate. I have called 911 several times. Scary! 12. Very old appliances! I can go on and on and on. Save yourself the headache. This apartment are not worth it.
