My family and I have been here going on 4 years almost. Amazing home! Even thru the pandemic and my loss of employment, Julie and the owner have been very understanding about our situation. We have made sure to keep them in the loop with anything related to finances and they have worked with us thru all of it! We knew we made the right choice to move here! Older apartments come with their own issues. If anyone has pest issues, just communicate and let Julie know, and also make sure to take one prevention methods as needed. It happens to everyone. No place is without its own flaws. But again, as long as there is communication, there will always be an amazing manager and crew who are there to work with you and support you thru it all. We have our home here for this reason.

Just Jut

My gf has only been here a week and we have seen so many roaches and a BIG RAT within a week of being here. She told Julie and Julie simply told my gf that there is nothing she can do because pest control comes on Monday and for her to put her stuff up.
