Please stay away with this apartment. They left the room unfixed and won’t fix even after a month of opening case. Even if you left the room clean, they will try their best not to return deposit…. On top of that, they charge you for unnecessary thing on end of your lease. Always take the pictures before on very first day of your lease..it’s a totally scam…thank god!! I have to left my room before my contract end because they won’t fix air condition. Totally junk and poor management.

I've called Clearwater Creek home for 3+ months. It's a quite community and all my neighbors thus far are friendly. My unit overlooks the creek/trail so it's very tranquil. My unit includes a garage and my garage space is VERY large. This complex has 2 pools and 1 seems to be the adult pool and the other the family pool. Rental rates are competitive if not a little less than average for the area. Hopefully they don't jack up my rent once my lease is up. Office staff has been great to work with and maintenance seems to be attentive. Cons... the ceiling squeaks. It's an apartment so of course I'm going to hear my neighbors but the floor squeaking makes me a little crazy. Also the gym at the office is always warm. Water machine is often out of water and the area just needs to be cleaned better and more often.

It’s been 2 days and no one has fixed the AC😭🥵 I have high blood pressure and feel super dizzy in heat, and no one has checked on the hot air is blowing… Thank goodness my car has AC.. I’m pretty I would be in the hospital or dead waiting on the AC to be fixed!! Don’t move here 🤦🏾‍♀️
