I normally hate calling in emergency dig Tess because usually they’re kinda rude but whoever Ashley B. Is she did phenomenal. Very professional and courteous. The regular dig Tess people are always kind and courteous.

I called to have the gas lines from the meter to the house marked and they do not do that! You have to call another company that's going to charge you over $200.00 per hour with a minimum 2-3 hours and it would not take an hour to mark ours. SO I ask what is the point of calling 811?!??!

These people sucked. They didn't have the courtesy to make it known that they were even on my property as I politely requested.

I just spoke with Ashley B. She was a real pleasure to speak with and she did a great job submitting my request. Texas811 is lucky to have such a competent and friendly employee. Such seems to be a rare commodity these days (IMHO).

I would reach out via Texas811 FB message to have someone contact you directly to assist with getting you setup on the Portal.
It means by that date; is when the lines should be marked.
Yes. Due to the nature of some facilities, the owners of those facilities sometimes require to be onsite even during hydro excavation
Work being done for at&t, excavators put in for locate request for that st. If you would like more info you can call texas 811.
It is recommended that you call in the request, since you are doing the digging..
Locates requested will be marked up to the meter of dwelling. Anything beyond that point has to be located and marked privately.
You are currently only clear for MCI, you still need to wait for the other utilities to mark
Orange is The color for telecommunication and Att means there is an Att Line there
There isn't necessarily an expiration date for any tickets but we recommend updating any tickets ( all ticket types) every 14 business days
Yes you will need to call 811. When doing projects around your house, digging without knowing where underground utility lines are buried can be very risky.
Where ever u are digging free of charge
