Coming up to about a year at the Register, so I’ve seen both of the different managements. Was there a period of time when the trash was out of control? Yes. Has it since been fixed and working fine? Yes! Seriously the cleanest they’ve been since I moved in and even better than the previous management. I haven’t had any issues with loud neighbors or smelly hallways and the mail room has since been organized. The gates for the parking garage work off and on but I haven’t had any issues with getting inside/leaving or break-ins. It’s really a nice apartment and a good location right by restaurants, bars and walking trails.

For those who decided to move out, the express clean is definitely a scam. Paid $150 for my 1 bed apt and leasing office promised there won’t be additional fee for cleaning. final bill came out and I was charged $100 for cleaning!!! I deep cleaned carpet and floors before I left the apt. Lived in this place for a year. The new management team is totally a mess!!! Garbage, stolen packages, loud music, racist words on wall, and ignorance management people, you name it! The building is nice, but stay away from it caz it’s totally a joke! Especially for those who is going to move out. You can never get the right information from the leasing office.

So most people only leave reviews when things go bad, but what about when things are good? Although there have been some issues with the trash, as of recently, the trash has been taken out promptly and the trash rooms are washed out and even smell clean! I put in two service request tickets yesterday evening, and the service guys were at my apartment today to resolve the work orders. I was very impressed by their promptness in responding to my requests. They were both very polite and helpful. They ensured me that they want to get maintenance requests taken care of asap so that RPM is represented as a good apartment management company. Good Job RPM!

Have been living at The Register for about 7 months now, and can’t help but notice the decline in cleanliness and overall care. Trash rooms are constantly full with overflowing smelly garbage due to the trash compactor not functioning correctly and only working half the time. Both trash can areas in mail room haven’t been touched in weeks, and with the influx of holiday packages loading up the lockers, they have been leaving packages amongst the pile of junk mail around the counter areas. Walked out to the parking garage a few nights ago and all lights are off at top level, leaving every car in pitch black darkness. I typically don’t worry for my safety walking to and from my car since it is a gated parking garage, but definitely do when the front parking garage gate has been blown out of commission for the last month. While the apartment homes themselves are nice, I don’t think they quite justify the high cost(probably most expensive apartment within 15-20 miles), especially when the community is in the state it is in. Hope things will make a turn for the better, or I will not be renewing my lease. 1/28/22 - Parking garage exit still wide open. I know it takes time to order parts to fix something like an automatic parking garage door. But when this happened under previous management, the door was fixed within 3-4 weeks. It has now been broken for at least two months. Have seen several unfamiliar cars roll in through the busted exit late at night, no telling how many people are getting inside parking garage who don’t pay rent to live here. No security or anything in parking garage to monitor anything either. Doesn’t seem like there is any plan to get it fixed any time soon. No updates sent out to community on changes that are being made, if there were any changes being made anyway. Unfortunately I will have to try and set up a service request for a random issue that popped up in my apartment, absolutely dreading the process after hearing from other residents.

3 times the monthly rent. Previous rental history must be satisfactory. A third party screening is required upon applying running criminal and credit background.
