Surgery went exceptionally well, 10/10… except for when I went to get my prescription. The slips weren’t signed and Jennifer basically told me over the phone I was lying. A photo later and I got a reluctant apology lol. I should have never EVEN been spoken to that way; why would I lie about something like that the day before my surgery? Super disrespectful. Other than that though, Travers was incredibly solid, no issue with her.

From start to finish this process is top notch. The staff is very friendly yet very focused on the task at hand. Day of procedure they are very thorough with what to expect and post op instructions. My only wish is that I would have had it done sooner.
