My eye insurance gave a small discount. You really need to go in and do a consultation before pricing can be provided, it varies based on your particular vision and issues. They may also not even be a candidate depending on their particular eyesight issues.
LASIK is considered an elective surgery according to the majority of insurance firms. It's unlikely to be covered. Mine wasn't and it cost about 4k with a 2 yr payment plan.
