Wooten is a NIGHTMARE- she has NO CLUE as to what she's doing.. in December, she ordered my sublocade shot.. showed up to get it [feeling awful] only to be told that she DOESNT HAVE THE CREDENTIALS TO PRESCRIBE SAID MEDICINE- ROOKIE in addiction medicine- immature- & missed her ethics classes. !!!BEWARE!!!

Collegial Behavior health is by far the best practice I’ve been too. As a medically retired veteran, the VA doesn’t fully provide the care I need and more. To start the office staff is absolutely wonderful and beyond professional. I’ve had to call a couple of times due to issues with my pharmacy and they helped resolve them. Sandra and Julie are impeccable providers. They truly put care into their work and don’t just prescribe something to fix the symptoms, they treat the root problems. Since I pay out of pocket the price isn’t bad at all and definitely well worth it. The office has a wonderful vibe to where you feel like a person and not just a name on the appointment list and a face in the crowd. Chances are that any negative reviews of this office the patients weren’t looking for actual help and more than likely had an agenda.
