Got to IHop approx 11am. Ordered 2 senior 2X2X2. Pancakes on both plates were crispy on outside, doughy on inside and barely warm on the outside (butter would not melt). Sausage and eggs were undercooked on both plates. The waiter brought both plates so quickly we were surprised. But the food was NOT HOT. It wasn't the waiters fault. I'm guessing there are all kinds of excuses, but this has happened at the Stanford Ranch site multiple times. If more people write a review maybe management will get a clue.

My little girl and I went right before closing. Staff was friendly and attentive. They even gave my daughter free Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes!!! I will start taking pictures more often. I had a very tasty milk shake!

Looking for a decent dinner (or breakfast for dinner) place on a Friday night without the hassle of waiting for an hour to be seated? IHOP is your place. We came it at 9p and there where there or four parties of 3-5 people each dining in. We were seated right away. My wife ordered the 10oz t-bone steak and egg while I ordered the mega monster cheese burger (2 steak burger). Our kids ordered pancakes and waffles. We all enjoyed our orders. Horacio, our server, was attentive and accommodating to our special requests.

The winter wonderland Pancakes were such a disappointment, they only did one line of the blue syrup. We asked for no sauce on the poblano omelet and they still added it. The other food was bland. I normally enjoy eating at ihop but today I wasn't happy with. The service was not great either.
