The experience was great. The atmosphere was welcoming. Customer service was excellent. They offered a sharable meal that was great and cut down the cost some. Although I wish some other items were included with the offer, like burgers. The food was actually good and the pizza was big enough for at least two or more to share. They didn't have some of the drink items which sucked when they are specialities related to the movie you're watching. Four stars was because they were unaware of how the rewards program worked therefore I didn't receive rewards for my ticket purchases nor my food items. Overall it was a good experience. Wish the seats reclined 😔😉

I was really loving this place when we first got there I ordered a strawberry lemonade and my husband a strawberry shake. I got my drink and asked where my husband's order was. They said walking away not even looking at me that it wasn't ready. An hour goes by so I pressed the button. When the server got there we told him they said it wasn't ready. He went to investigate and someone told him there was a shake in the freezer, they didn't know where it went because there wasn't a ticket. The server gave us that very shake that was in the freezer. It wasn't good. For a7.50 dollar shake it should be better then McDonald's or any other far food place but it wasn't it wasn't even close. But to mention that when we got the bill there wasn't a discount or taken off. I gave the server a dollar. It would've been 5 but I saw how the servers made everyone else there feel special and that just want the case for us. The theater was clean the movie was amazing but they ruined the first time experience for us. With bad service. I started to write a note on the copy that was signed but, or family was waiting as we had plans to be to the next fun spot. I would've given 5 starts, but they messed up my husband's time which inturn messed up things for me.

This place was really cool. Went there for the first time to see Top Gun. Such an amazing movie. The staff here was so friendly, they were moving out of the way of guests to accommodate them, they were all smiling and happy to help with all of our questions. The service at our seats was good as well. Our food was brought out within 10 minutes. We got the pretzel bites which were amazing and I got a salad. Even better is they accommodated myself as a vegetarian and removed the meat from the salad. I wish the frozen margarita was cheaper so I could have tried it but other than that it was an amazing experience. They were clean and cleaned up after us when we were done. Can’t wait to go back!

Yes as far as i remember there are seats for the disabled. There's a lot of room between all the seats as the waiters keep coming through with food and drinks
I'm in the Sacramento area & just purchased gift cards at SAMS Club, two $25.00 cards for $$39.99, they say eat, drink, movies.
If they do you should call and ask what times? And are they for certain movies or all movies? That way you don't waste your money or time.

No it is not required that you eat or drink during the movie. You can simply go and enjoy the movie no problem.
The workers there are all nice. Almost to the point of them being weird. But you don't have to get anything. The workers don't bug you unless you push the help button.

Yes you can buy tickets In person and you can also use your Fandango Gift Card on Fandango's site. I'm not 100% sure that you can in person but I've already tested on Fandango's official site. You can always try and take the card with you to use and if for some reason it doesn't work then you could simply purchase them online while you're there 😊

Matinee is always the first screening of the day so usually 10am. Matinee is usually 7$. Not sure on senior price. Atom is having a 5$ special on all showings though for the rest of February

Studio Movie Grill is not owned by Cinemark. Cinemark issues platinum super saver admissions. They are only good at Cinemark theaters
You should get there 10-15 min early if you want to eat at a table before you go see your movie. Or 5-10 min to get to your seats and have time to look through the menu and order. That's if you bought reserved seating. If you have regular seats then double each of the times.
On average, food ranges from about $9 to $20 per item, depending on what you get. They do have a menu available on their website that lists prices, and it's mobile friendly to boot!
You have the option to eat while watching the movie. You can even order during the movie by pressing a button at your seat. We usually order meals and cocktails before the movie starts, snacks during the movie, then desert during the movie. Having the servers show up during the movie was not as intrusive as I expected.
