I have prepaid platinum supersaver admission tickets. I can't seem yo use them online. Are they only good at the box office?

Studio Movie Grill is not owned by Cinemark. Cinemark issues platinum super saver admissions. They are only good at Cinemark theaters

If they are for Cinemark theaters then you probably can not use them for Studio Movie Grill.
