You should get there 10-15 min early if you want to eat at a table before you go see your movie. Or 5-10 min to get to your seats and have time to look through the menu and order. That's if you bought reserved seating. If you have regular seats then double each of the times.
If it's a good showing the seats will fill up depending upon the time of the day you go arrive 20 minutes to a half hour early and they'll let you in
Same time as you would at any other theater. You can order food and drinks at any time.

We like to get there about 45 minutes before the movie starts so we can sit at the bar and have a couple of cocktails. Then we go into the theater about 15 minutes before the movie starts so we can order food. We always buy reserved seats online ahead of time.
Depends on you preferences. If you don't want food brought to you during the movie, 10-15 minutes early. I went to see the Last Jedi on opening night . I ordered my food around 6:45. Previews started around 7 and they brought my food around then.
