Adley is a great apartment complex. It is clean and well-kept. The staff are friendly, efficient, and very helpful. I especially want to thank Bry-On, the leasing specialist. From the moment I walked in, she has been warm, friendly, and knowledgeable— answering all my questions. She helped me find the perfect apartment, then walked me through leasing documents and move in. When I needed to transfer to a larger apartment, Bry-On was there for me again. She and Yvette guided me through the transfer process, and made the move easy for me. I would definitely recommend living at the Adley.

Its been a couple of weeks since we moved in and so far it has been an amazing experience 1) Leasing - Yvette and Bryón are the best people you can find. They understood everything and made the whole process very seamless. Big shout out for you too. 2) Moving In - Everything is available to you via the portal. We got everything done in time so no trouble here. 3) About the noise in other reviews - Either we have good neighbors or its just a one off case. Its been 2 weeks, you can hear an occasional thud or a dog bark but nothing unsettling. 4) Maintenance - Jeremy visited us to run a few repairs and he was pretty good at his job and quickly resolved all problems. There are a few stuff things which he said are not in stock but then you cannot stock everything. 5) Location - This place is one stop away from Aldi (2 mins drive), 4 Stops away from Target, Walmart Superstore and Patel Brothers (7mins drive). 5 mins from a UPS store (for your amazon returns) and about 20-30 mins drive from everything in Frisco and Plano. Costco and Sams are also 15mins away. This essentially takes care of everything. 6) Ample amount of parking, decent swimming pool, self service car wash and a clean surrounding. Behind the apartment is a creek which is good for people who love nature and jog.
