I have lived here since November 2021 (reviewing October 2022), and am very satisfied with the community. The neighbors are friendly and clean, and the community dumpster is emptied on a regular basis. I recently moved to a different unit within the same community (wanted additional space) and while there were a few more paperwork hurdles than I thought, the front office staff - specifically Emily William, was very helpful in walking me through the process over the phone. The complaints are the walls a bit thin (can hear the occasional conversation / TV) and some stains on the concrete, but considering I am now located closest to the community dumpster, I do not notice any smell. The online resident portal and repair request system is easy to use, and front office usually picks up promptly (< 2 min), and are polite and professional. I wanted to specifically thank Michael Soto, one of their community handymen. He is always extremely professional and fixed any issue I submitted promptly and thoroughly. The staff does care and does a good job overall, and their repair team is excellent. The community landscape is well maintained and is located next to a nice walking trail along a creek and is fairly quiet considering its location off Stacy Road and near Custer Road. I plan to continue living here for the foreseeable future.

I used to live in these apartments last year. I was there for about 4 years and got a new job in Dallas so I had to move due to the distance. Moving to Dallas was the worse thing I could’ve ever done! My lease is up and I wanted to come back home to the avenues and they accepted me with open arms lol! SO happy to be living back in such a safe, clean and awesome complex. I highly recommend and they ladies in the office are awesome Erin, Lisa, Elizabeth and Courtney!!! Apply, you wont regret it!

The total move in process was quick and pleasant. The employees are all friendly and courteous. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. The apartment itself is really nice and the location of the complex is ideal.. I would definitely recommend 🙂

It's been a unbelievably awesome process, from the first call to the key hand-off. Everyone in the office is so sweet and attentive. Lisa, Elizabeth, Courtney, and Erin are so nice and amiable. I haven't met the maintenance team just yet, but I'm sure they're awesome too.
