I was warmly greeted by Alex at 7:13pm. I had a referral from a satisfied buyer a few months prior. I asked for Mr Milton Taylor. He was working with another client at the time and I was kindly referred to Matt Streete. He asked me what my spec goals were for my new vehicle (mileage, features,color etc) 🚗, my ideal budget, etc. We test drove right away and his laid back approach really helped to set the tone on how the car buying process should be for me. When it was time to purchase, Milton showed up. He really did all he could to get as close to my budget as I desired, even reminded me I needed Gap insurance. This was the most pain free car buying experience from a dealership to date. For reference, I’ve purchased 4 cars/SUVs from Carmax, traditional Dealerships & Direct from an owner. I would highly recommend the Heritage Subaru team. Specifically Matt and Milton. They had impeccable customer service and were knowledgeable of their equipment

When i came in to purchase a car, at that time it was by necessity, not choose( present car had major problems). I was assigned to Emily, right off she was pleasant, friendly, patient, and had a great personality/ attitude. She answered my questions to my satisfaction. At no time did she seemed rush, especially since i can be a little indecisive at times,lol Thanks Emily, for making this purchase, a stress less experience Thanks Heritage for having an employee such as Emily. Makes coming back to Heritage an easy choice . Please allow me to so mention, the absolute wonderful service i received from Bianca. I am definitely not a hi tech preson, and she patiently went over the features of the car( which are many). I didn't feel, that any question was a stupid one. " call me if you have any questions " , was appreciated.
