Poor service and follow-up. Incorrectly billed me, then harassed me for payment which was their mistake. I approved a $500 pymt, just received the bill, they took out the authorized payment twice. Unfortunate because I am in customer design. No recommendations from me.

We don't sell electric anymore as they can be purchased directly from the internet and require very little expertise. I have a few units still in inventory or old display, so if you want to call the store at 513-621-0620 we can see if we may have something that would be of interest to you. jeff
Went with a fancier insert (more logs and higher detail) cost about $1,200. Cost of gas line depends on difficulty of the installation
We have a wide selection of new, custom doors you can use to refresh your fireplace. We recommend you visit our store with the dimensions of your fireplace opening to begin the process.
