The child support unit has a worker name Raymond he is absolutely rude . I called to verify my court date that was postponed and he spoke to me really rude like I’m im asking for him to give me any money you should have better service because you are here to help women’s and especially single mothers .what a disappointment. They dismissed my case and never notified me I was online on my court date for 26 min no one ever showed up you need better service

I am a very concerned grandmother who has been going to family court with my daughter who has complied with every order the judge has giving her however the other party has not complied anything that the judge has ordered him to do , but the judge continues to give him his own way , like today in family court was suppose to be about him not complying and being violated and has given dirty urine 3 times and the judge just granted him visitation today with my grandson , she has no idea the danger she is putting my grandson in. You have to have a Microsoft teams account if you want to be on camera, they should give you a code to join. Otherwise, they should give you a phone number so you can just call in.
If you're not in serious danger, you should make an appointment. If you're in danger, go to the courthouse and speak with someone.
Call the court clerk to reschedule date...845-476-3500
Hon. Lori Currier- Woods, FCJ. I do not think she has a website or public photograph. She is in Part 9 on the second floor.
She can call the court to get the paperwork she needs. Make sure that she gives her new address.
I still dont know who did it just the judge who handled the adoption.
No your attorney would have to have your appearance waved. If for some emergency you can't make it you need to contact the judges clerk
Call the courts. Do not just not show up!!
Can I email them? I currently live out of state
You must file a petition with the courts for guardianship.
They will hurt you in every way possible it's all about getting tangled in their system. ..for federal funding
New York state has a grandparent visitation rights statute. Having said that her parents have a constitutional right to determine who their children are allowed to see or not and therefore the court has to do a balancing act as to what is in the best interest of the child
