Today was my second attempt to have blood work done at the Goshen location…I arrived at 11:50 and the door was locked I tried knocking then banging on the door to get someone’s attention inside. We knew someone was still inside because we could hear them talking. I went next door to a doctors office to see if they could help or call over to them but unfortunately they didn’t have a direct phone number for this office. The doctors office said this happens frequently with that lab. I tried again knocking with no success. I then waited outside directly in front of the building maybe 40 feet from the front in my car and at 12:03….yes 12:03 a bald man with a goatee came strolling out of the Quest door then passing in front of my car wearing a Quest shirt and proceeded to get into a Mitsubishi SUV !! The website, call center and sign on the Quest door says they are open till 12:00 Quest should hire employees that will work the hours that Quest is open as well as the hours they are hired to work. As a patient/customer this is a huge inconvenience as well as a big disappointment…..Quest Corporate needs to do something…this is so wrong in so many ways. Don’t waste your time…find a different Lab….I already did!!!!

Please don’t go here. Staff is very rude and not accommodating. They forgot to draw a lab last time I was here and then when I went there again, they told me I need to call my doctor to have them reorder it….they also locked the doors at 3:50pm, despite hours of closing at 4pm so when I had the doctor on the phone at 3:55 pm they simply looked at me from the window and ignored me. Horrible place. One would think those who work in healthcare would have more of a heart and be kind, considerate and more accommodating.
