Charged me $86 to replace a spoke which would be fine but I expected it to be tightened and balanced like it was supposed to be. It was just loosely put on and I could have done that myself... Obviously did not do it correctly. I could have done that and saved myself $86. Not my first bad experience with them either. They treat their customers with contempt. Definitely do not recommend.

They fixed my sons bike for $100 bucks that broke again after a week! Paid a guy who came to my home $15 bucks and bike is good as new!

Yes only if your bike are in great condition with no rust or anything and completely no damage and your bikes have to be valuable too because there bikes are very very expensive $499 upto over $2,000 and there is no bike under $499 the only bikes for sale under $499 are the bmx bikes they range from $330 to over $400 depending on which bike you get! I forgot about those
Yes they carry electric bikes but they also cost a lot over $ 2,000 all of their Electric bikes and could go up to over $10,000 depending on which kind you get

I don't think so, but you should be able to inform yourself with a pamphlet. Wear a helmet, use blinking lights front and rear, wear gloves. Signal with your hands for turns. Be alert. Assume the other guy doesn't see you and maneuver accordingly.
