Since they changed to sun River Health, it is impossible to make appointments, get referrals, prescription refill or get a hold of the doctor. When you call, someone from a call center answers and they take a written message which is supposed to go straight to the office but it doesn't. I requested many time to be transferred to the office in Goshen to speak with the person in front desk but I have been denied. The call center claims that they can not transfer any phone calls. Very disappointed with the costumer service and call center.

Called to make an appointment, they are not available. They are only available to make appointments mon-friday 8-6. I work full time. I can't take a day off work just to make an appointment.
