I absolutely love the pediatricians here, they really care about my kid but the receptionist are terrible. Very rude and the NEVER answer the phone 2 and half hour wait times and they don't even answer how am I supposed to make an appointment if they don't answer the phone.

All the doctors at this facility are awesome. The way a pediatrician needs to be. Super friendly with my little one. They respect the children and answer all their and parents questions. They do detailed study on how the child got sick. Unlike other doctor offices like Dr. Dubey’s (where I was asked to do the COVID Test and wait for results for two days to be seen by the paediatrician). At this facility (Family and pediatrician)We were asked to wait in the car at a nice tent area. Doctor did the COVID test there and answered all our questions and checked my little one. I will highly suggest this facility.

The staff at the front desk are rude and seem to be incapable of answer phone calls until you been waiting for 25 minutes. Even if you are the first appointment of the day it take 2 or more hours to be seen
