The Racist the Rude people you will try them here. Will ask u rudely stay out side don’t come inside. Wear ur mask if u don’t have one with you. You will have problem getting inside. U need to have ur appointment papers if u don’t have u will face serious problem….

Misconduct ! I don’t know which Code of conduct mention rudeness, unprofessionalism and yelling at people ! Already file a complaint of misconduct to USCIS about lady agent working(name started with M, i only remember) attended me at 9 am feb 07(appointment time ).I hope they investigate and see the cameras. Other staff(Girl doing biometric process and receptionist) is polite and attentive. Things which are not even under law she tries to impose on me.Come on, this is not DICTATORSHIP. please, understand you are working for Country’s system. YOURSELF is not a system. If USCIS appointment letter stating that if you don’t have ID expect delays ! Either let me await or tell me to bring next time then reschedule. No need for rudeness and extra harassing investigation. Just because person is not arguing and nice does not assume that he\she is guaranteed for harassment or Dumb . It may be because of one’s manners or good behavior. Sophistication, professionalism and educated behavior not even in her dictionary. I don’t mind delays and reschedules when Department really need some documents for application. But what kind of behavior is this ! UNACCEPTABLE.
