They came knocking on my door,then wanted an answer right away about getting $40,000 worth of window work done. I got two quotes after to compare power was $12,000 and $15,000 higher, all were installed the same,replacement pocket windows and all the windows looked the same to me,one didn't stand out as a better window then the other,they claim they are. I love reading the positive reviews,you would think they would learn by now no one talks like that who are these people that write them for power. I guess only people with proper Grammer get treated good by them

Absolutely over this company. We signed up to get our windows replaced in March. They came and did all but our 9ft window and one window in the garage because it “got lost” in the warehouse. Now, do not get me wrong the windows that they did do are great! However; They told us that we would have the new window in in just a few weeks. It is currently OCTOBER. We received a call that they finally have the two windows in and would come out. This was last week. Then we receive a call the night before saying, yet again, they misplaced the window but would be able to come the week after. Here we are today , given a 3 hour window for them to come and NO ONE CAME! No one even called to say they were not coming! They want you to pay an arm and a leg for windows that they cannot complete in 7 months ? Please do not waste your time and energy on this ! ***Update ! They called today to tell us the windows that they said were previously ready are somehow now not ready again. And will not be ready for ANOTHER 3 weeks. This is inane ! I won’t hold my breath .

Had sofit, facia and gutters replaced in February 2020. They did a good job installing and cleaning up. A bit pricey, but I was assured they would stand by their quality and work. While cleaning my vinyl siding I noticed the gutters were striped ever so evenly all around the entire house, 215’ exactly. So I called warranty to get someone out to look. That took 3 months! The rep. who came out tried cleaning them without success. I was told that I should be cleaning them regularly. Who does that!!! I was also told that the installation supervisor Matt would call me the following week for further disposition. Never happened, so I called warranty again and finally got hold of Matt. He provided me with some cleaning instructions after he consulted with the installation experts. Followed instructions exactly with no resolution. Now after another 3 weeks I cannot get through to any decision makers and Matt will not return my voice mails or texts, even though he has read them. Power wants me to go away!!! Customer service, quality!!! All the phone numbers go to a central location, you can’t get past the operators!!! Thanks Power for being such a stand up company!!!
