I wish I could give this place no stars. Been here since 2018 and have been complaining about the same repairs since 2019. The staff in the office turnover is RIDICULOUS! They don’t fix ANYTHING but will hound you down for your rent. Look elsewhere!

They steal rent then blame the tenants. They also don’t adhere to the delco era guidelines that they willingly signed to which is ILLEGAL.

Myrna, they don't have permanent office workers. The best thing to do is go up there between the 1st and the 5th of each month in order to speak to someone.

Can you guys have the people who cut grass notify the tenants when they’re about to cut grass. I would like to not be woken from a loud lawn mower on my day off of work, it’s disrespectful.
