I’ve always had a good experience with customer service here. They are so much more personal, helpful and efficient than other PA water providers. Whenever I’d call for new service, water line addition or to address simple issues, they would be easy and clear to communicate with and I’d always feel that they want to help me out. I think the other reviewers have never tried to work with Aqua, where not only they straight up don’t care about you, don’t return phone calls but also charge you so much more than CWA! I’ve had experience with both and without a doubt I vouch for CWA!

Needed to call with a question regarding my bill. Someone very nice immediately answered and helped me with my issue. Took exactly 5 minutes from beginning to end - could not imagine dealing with this issue with a larger organization. When I lived in Newtown Square my water company was Aqua and they were a nightmare to deal with!
