We booked our room last minute, the prices were good and the room was clean. They are working on renovating the property but the people working are mindful of the guests. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to seeing the hotel when the updates are complete.

Room was nice no microwave in the room was bit of a bummer and the mini-fridge wasn't on when we checked in. Was a very busy weekend because of Daytonas Rockville event i was attending and paid $300 for one night. Not realizing the mini fridge wasn't functioning we wasted almost $30 worth of frozen food we were gonna eat the next morning and when I said something about it the hostess apologized but did nothing to reimburse me except a small discount on another night and blamed it on the maids/maintenance people. It is what it is but definitely made me question things in my next vacation.

The pros to staying here was the location and the view was spectacular. The walk to the beach was short. It was quiet and peaceful. I would stay here again but not for the same price. All in all we had a peaceful mini vacation, so despite the issues we had it was fine. However, it was not the room we were told on booking. We were told that we didn't pay for a king suite, but when I show the man at the desk, his response was there is only one and it's booked way ahead. There was no way to cook. There was a small refrigerator but it was frozen up. We had to buy a cooler for drinks. The pool was green and marked off with caution tape. There seemed to be workers doing construction on the building but their work day was a couple hours and that's about it. If they get it finished it would be better.

The property location, staff and the room were all very good. They are currently doing major balcony repairs on some rooms and the pool was closed (March, 2022). Contractor working was very careful and courteous. I'd give it 4 stars otherwise. Nice thing is the hotel is not surrounded by tall buildings and you get a great view a long way down the beach. Staff was great and really good coffee in the lobby.

they are very clean. but they don't come in the rooms while you're there
They have onsite parking at the hotel, as well extra parking on the side of them as well. We never had an issue with parking at all
Not there. They have a good breakfast selection but the hotels nearby have restaurants, walking distance
No kitchenettes in the room we stayed in. Good affordable room for a family though. Had a mini fridge and coffee maker that's about it.
So, if you say its a service animal then no one can say otherwise. By law you are not required to prove an animal is a service animal and by law they cannot deny you from staying ONLY because you have a service animal. If they didn't like it they most likely would just deny your stay because of some other reason. I hope this helps.
